Full board includes, in addition to breakfast, two meals a day (lunch and dinner). Half board includes only one more meal per day, usually dinner, in addition to breakfast.

How do I book a cot/extra bed? Is there an extra cost?
The cot is free of charge and the extra bed costs €15 or €30, depending on whether the person requiring the bed is under or over 12 years old.

Can I change the hotel booked?
No. If you want to change the hotel, you will have to cancel the initial reservation and make a new one for the desired hotel.
If I don’t turn up at the hotel on the date of my stay without prior notice, will I be charged the full amount of the stay?
It depends on the rate that was booked. In the case of a non-cancellable rate, yes, the full amount of the stay is charged. If the rate is cancellable, only the amount of the first night will be charged.
